  2. WALL STAND TV CABINET SERIES
  3. HOTEL BED SERIES

 

During our guarantee period, our term and condition is as follow:

We will exchange same model of the product with customer if customer not satisfy with our product in 90 days.

Including:

  1. Scratch mark on product
  2. Spoiled of electrical product like led light, downlight, transformer, switch and so on.
  3. Mounting structure problem

Not including:

  1. Damage cause by fire and water, termite problem and so on.
  2. Vandalism

During guarantee period, we will void the repair charge on accessory and service.

 

During warranty period our term and condition is as follow:

We will provide free repair service during 275 days.

Including:

  1. Free repair service on accessories like glass and hardware.
  2. High gloss paint become yellowish
  3. Quality problem like the join part problem

Not including:

  1. Damage cause by water and fire, termite and so on.
  2. Vandalism
  3. Door to door installation service
  4. Spoiled of electrical product like led light, downlight, transformer, switch and so on.

During warranty period, we will void all the repair charge but door to door service charge.

 

Our squirrel product will be provide three year of product service. Any product problem, we will provide door to door service. Service charge will be calculated based on customer house area and repairing part.
